Warranty Policy – Dehang Brand

At Dehang brand, we are committed to providing high-quality products, and we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on a selection of our products to ensure customer satisfaction and provide the best user experience.

1. Warranty period

• The warranty covers all products where the value of a single product exceeds:
• • 240 riyals for the pen
• • 250 riyals per hour
• • 150 riyals for cufflinks
• The warranty period is one full year from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may appear on the product during the warranty period.
• The warranty includes:
• • Falling stones, diamonds or crystals (we will reinstall them for the customer at no cost).
• • The basic colors of the product (excluding additional paint or dye).
• • Pen machine.
• • The clock mechanism.
• • The cufflinks do not change their basic color.
• • Water resistance of the watches if used properly.

2. Cases not covered by the guarantee

• Damage resulting from improper use or negligence.
• Products that have been modified or repaired outside of authorized service centers of the Dehang brand.
• Damage resulting from accidents or natural erosion over time.
• The products are exposed to aromatic or chemical substances.
• Leave the crown open when the watch is exposed to water.
• Color change caused by paint or additional non-original dyes.

3. Submitting a guarantee application

• If there is a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us immediately to submit a repair or replacement request.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
• The product will be inspected by our team, and if the defect is found to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
